Every calculation on ConvertMyPay runs in your browser. The pay amounts, working assumptions and currency choices you enter are processed on your device to produce the figures you see.

ConvertMyPay does not intentionally store the figures you enter. There is no user account or registration, and you do not need to provide a name, email address or any other personal detail to use any calculator.

When you visit the site, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps, the pages requested, security logs and other diagnostic information needed to deliver and protect the service. This is a normal part of operating a website and helps keep the site secure and available.

Messages sent to hello@convertmypay.com are forwarded to an administrative mailbox so we can reply. We may retain correspondence for support, security and record-keeping purposes, and only for as long as reasonably necessary.

This section applies only when analytics is active. ConvertMyPay may use Google Analytics, or a similar service, to measure how the site is used (for example approximate visitor numbers, pages viewed and general location by country or region).
